Terms and Conditions

1.Definitions

• "Platform": the Sannaa website and its tools.
• "User" or "you": anyone who creates an account or uses the platform.
• "Points": prepaid digital units used to run the generation tools.
• "Generated content": images, videos and audio the tools produce from your request.

2.Your account

• Accounts are created with an email sign-in link or a Google account.
• You must be 18 or older, or use the platform under a guardian's supervision.
• You are responsible for access to your email and for all use of your account.
• One account per person. Multiple or fake accounts are not allowed, including to claim welcome points more than once.

3.Points and packs

• Points are not money, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash except in the refund cases listed in the refund policy.
• Each tool's cost in points is shown before generating and is deducted when the generation starts.
• Points are always taken from the batch that expires first.
• Pack points are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Expired points cannot be used.
• Every new account receives free welcome points once, after confirming its email.
• If a generation fails its points return to your balance automatically, as described in the refund policy.
• The launch offer (when active) doubles the points of the first successful purchase for early paying customers, and is shown on the pricing page while it runs.

4.Payment

Purchases are made in Saudi riyals on a secure page hosted by a licensed payment gateway. We never receive or store your card details.

Points are added once the payment gateway confirms the payment, and appear in your account's purchase history.

5.Acceptable use and prohibited content

When using the tools you must not:

• Generate images, videos or voices of real well-known people, or impersonate or fake anyone.
• Upload a photo of a person for the virtual presenter unless it is you or you have their permission; you confirm this before generating.
• Produce content that breaks the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or public decency, or that misleads or defrauds.
• Infringe other people's intellectual property or trademarks.
• Try to bypass usage limits or protections, or otherwise abuse the platform.

6.Safety filters

Safety filters are enabled in the generation models. A request rejected under the content policy is not run, and its points return to your balance.

Usage limits protect the service, including the number of generations per minute per user and the size and type of uploaded files.

7.Content ownership and use

• Material you upload (images and text) stays yours; you give us a limited permission to process it only to provide the service to you.
• You may use generated content in your store, ads and business under these terms.
• Generated content is produced automatically and may resemble other content; we do not guarantee it is unique.
• You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it, including the accuracy and legality of any marketing claims.

8.Service limits and liability

• AI results may be inaccurate or differ from what you expect; the service is provided as is.
• The platform may pause for maintenance or technical reasons; we work to keep this to a minimum.
• We are not liable for indirect damages from using generated content, and our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
• We recommend downloading and keeping a copy of your important work.

9.Account suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

10.Changes to these terms

We publish any change on this page with its date, and email you about material changes before they take effect.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
